This is the cover image for A Warrior's Death by sfxfantasy. Here Jake and Sarah are battling a hoard of magic scorpion-like monsters. The tree behind the them is a fire-melon tree, the fruits of which they had been dinning on before this ambush.

This is the final version of this image, as it has been approved by (and sent to) the author. Comments are still welcome, though I won't be making any changes at this point. Thanks to everyone who helped with the image in progress (you can find all the steps in my WIP thread).
